When you called us to take part in this study back on Friday, February 20^th, at that precise moment, our grease interceptor was taken apart by all the pressure built up by grease build-up in the interceptor and plumbing lines. As the clean-out lid flew up to the ceiling, we did not spend a whole lot of time deliberating how welcome your offer was.

 

What had been a constant headache has not troubled us since we pumped out our grease removal system on Monday, May 11^th. No pump-outs and no line clogs. Treating the lines as well as the trap completely addresses our grease removal needs. The elimination of that ghastly odor in our dry goods storage room has been a boon to our staff.
